Bolzano: Attempts to smuggle 7 fellow countrymen into Italy, 24-year-old arrested for aiding illegal immigration

The State Police of Bolzano proceeded to'arrest of a Chinese smuggler who was trying to smuggle seven compatriots into Italy illegally. At the end of the Judicial Police proceedings, ZC was confined in the Bolzano prison at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor's Office. The Police Chief of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano Paolo Sartori, in consideration of what happened, has issued against this person the Personal Prevention Measure of a Mandatory Expulsion Notice, which will become effective upon his release from prison. Furthermore, ZC will have been reported to the Public Security Authorities of Florence in order to proceed with the revocation of the Residence Permit and, consequently, his expulsion from the National Territory.
