Bolzano: Two foreign offenders, guests of the Cold Emergency Center, expelled for theft.

A few days ago Police Headquarters Operations Centre had received a report, via the emergency number "112 NUE”, relating to 2 subjects who were taking narcotic substances inside the Park of Religions.

The citizen had reported to the “112" that one of the 2 individuals, shortly before, had a large sack/backpack hidden in the bushes of the park, then to walk away in the company of another man.

The two, on that occasion, had been described as Foreign citizens, one wearing a green jacket and the other with a cap and sunglasses.

The crew arrived promptly on site and "Flying" team of the State Police he tracked down in a short time 2 young people which corresponded perfectly with the description provided by the witness.

After stopping the 2 subjects, The officers carried out a thorough inspection of the Park, however, confirming that the reported bag/backpack corresponded exactly to the one the two had with them at the time of the check.

Since both foreign citizens were found to be without documents of identification, both were accompanied in Police Headquarters, where they have been fully identified for such TMs 43 years and EMZ of 31 years, both Moroccan citizens illegally in Italy with several criminal and/or police records against them, and both guests of the "COLD EMERGENCY CENTERS” of the City.

Subjected to personal search, at theThe following stolen goods were found inside the backpack:

• 1 Health Card belonging to a citizen of Bolzano
•  1 Car Wash Card
• 1 x Coffee Machine Key
• 1 CASIO brand wristwatch
• 2 gold necklaces
• 2 sets of keys
• 1 Speaker box brand MAX EXCELL
• 1 Black Power Bank
• 1 Green Power Bank
• 1 pair of sunglasses, SUTRO brand with case
• 1 pair of sunglasses, RAY-BAN brand
• 1 pair of sunglasses, INVU brand with case
• 1 black smartphone, Samsung brand, model Galaxy A6, complete with SIM
• 1 blue smartphone, Samsung brand
• 1 black smartphone, Microsoft brand
• 1 white smartphone, Microsoft brand
• 1 white smartphone, Samsung brand
• 1 black mobile phone, Nokia brand.

At the end of the proceedings of Judicial Police, the two individuals were reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office for the crimes of receiving stolen goods and for failure to comply with the Mandatory Travel Notice.

Further investigations are still underway to verify the origin of the seized goods and return them to the citizens.

The Police Chief of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano Paolo Sartori, therefore, in consideration of what happened and their irregular position in our country, has issued a warrant against both of them Expulsion Decree from the National Territory.

"The timely request for police intervention by a citizen was essential in identifying, reporting to the Judicial Authority and expelling from Italy two criminals involved in drug use and theft in the city. – highlighted the Commissioner Sartori.
