To ensure greater safety during the Christmas markets, the commissioner Giuseppe Ferrari has arranged for an increase in territorial control services, also employing the crews of the “Piedmont” Crime Prevention Department sent by the Department of Public Safety.
It is during these targeted services that, on Aosta Street, the officers noticed a suspicious scene: two men in a parked car exchanging a package.

Here the officers, with the help of the Flying Squad, found: 200 additional grams of heroin, 4.000 euros in cash.
Both brothers, Tunisians from And 42 40 years, with multiple criminal records, were arrested for possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealingThe youngest had an expired residence permit.
THEcar driver, a 40-year-old Italian, was instead reported to the Prefecture as an employer.
A 27-year-old Nigerian with a criminal record has been expelled.
On the same day, the Police Chief also executed an order expulsion at the expense of a 27 year old Nigerian, with numerous precedents for Theft, robbery, receiving stolen goods, trespassing, illegal possession of weapons, and other crimes committed in South Tyrol.
Released from the Bolzano prison, the man was taken by Immigration Office agents and accompanied to the CPR “Brunelleschi” of Turin, awaiting repatriation.
Police Chief Ferrari said: “The arrest of the two individuals found with approximately one kilo of drugs confirms the State Police's constant commitment to ensuring security during these days of high attendance. The expulsion of the Nigerian man with a criminal record represents a further step towards protecting the community. We will continue to operate with determination and in synergy with all law enforcement agencies.”
