Bolzano: A 25-year-old man arrested after an intrusion and damage to a garage in Don Bosco after assaulting police.

Moments of tension in Don Bosco area, where an intervention was requested from the State Police following the report of a young man who had introduced illegally within the garage of a building, damaging a parked car. The officers arrived immediately on the scene and blocked the subject, who at that time was still threatening the applicants, ordering them not to contact the police. The young man appeared to be in a state of total psycho-physical alteration, which is why the police decided to accompany him to the police station to proceed with its complete identification.

While walking towards the company car, the troublemaker suddenly one of the operators was hit with an elbow, attempting to escape. The action, however, lasted only a few moments: the young man was reached and blocked a few meters further on. Meanwhile, another patrol remained in the condominium garage has ascertained that the lock had been forced and that the car inside had serious damage, with the rear window completely shattered. Also found on the floor were food residues, narcotic substance and some blankets, elements that suggest an unauthorized presence inside the premises.

Taken to the police station, the subject turned out to be a citizen foreigner of 25 years, Moroccan nationality, political asylum seeker and with mechanical police history. The man was arrested in flagrante delicto for resistance and injury to a public official e housebreaking. At the end of the drafting of the procedural documents, the 25 year old was held in the security rooms of the Police Headquarters, at the disposal of theJudicial authority.
