Ascoli Piceno, issued by the forces of law and order 3 mandatory warnings, an oral warning and a DASPO
The Police Chief of the Province of Ascoli Piceno issued 5 personal prevention measures in the past week: 3 mandatory expulsion orders, 1 oral warning and 1 DASPO. These measures represent the effort that the State Police is expressing as prevention activities to protect public order and safety.
There are several precedents for the subjects who triggered the mandatory expulsion order, who were responsible, one for the crime of theft, and the other two for fraudulent insolvency. The Police Commissioner issued an "oral warning with prescriptions" towards a person responsible for the crime of threats and already burdened by specific precedents, therefore considered socially dangerous, with which he warned him that there are evidence against him, inviting him, at the same time, to maintain a conduct in accordance with the law and warning him that in the event of further violations he could be proposed for the more incisive measure of special public safety surveillance.
The oral warning with prescriptions, which can be followed by the revocation of the driving license, represents a particularly incisive provision as the Police Commissioner can impose on the recipient of the measure a ban on possessing or using certain objects or instruments that could be used to carry out criminal activities: communication equipment, reproductions of weapons and more.
Finally, a DASPO order was issued to a member of the local fan base because, during the “Ascoli – Modena” football match on 20 April, he was responsible for conduct that disturbed public order and safety. Specifically, during a protest, he threw small bottles containing liquid towards the parterre.
As a consequence of DASPO, for two years the man will now be banned from accessing all places where sporting events take place on the national territory, relating to national professional and semi-professional championships, international tournaments, friendly matches as well as in all the places involved in the training of the teams involved in the aforementioned championships and in the competitions that take place as part of the activities foreseen by the Italian Football Federation, or bodies and organizations recognized by the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
The ban is intended to be extended, on the occasion of each sporting event indicated in the Provision and for the period from two hours before the start and two hours after the end of each sporting event, also to railway stations, motorway toll booths, to airports, service stations and all other places interested in the parking, transit or transport of those who participate or attend the competitions themselves, always for the same period starting from the date of notification of this provision; in case of non-compliance, the transgressor will be reported to the Judicial Authority.
