In Ascoli Piceno and San Benedetto del Tronto the State Police continues to control the territory. Expulsion decrees have been issued and several people have been reported.
Ad Ascoli Piceno the patrols of the Flying Squad of the Police Headquarters carried out 2 checks on customers at the city's commercial establishments, identifying over 500 individuals, simultaneously issuing 10 traffic violations. In carrying out these checks, a foreign citizen identified in relation to which a trace emerged relating to the refusal of the application aimed at obtaining the renewal of the residence permit, as the man was found to be a socially dangerous person.
The operators then proceeded to accompany him to the Police Headquarters, in order to photograph him and place him at the disposal of the Immigration Office for the ritual tasks at the end of which the Police Chief of Ascoli Piceno ordered, with his own decree, to leave the National Territory within 7 days.
A man was also reported for trying to break in inside the Ascoli Piceno Courthouse with two blades hidden on him. The subject, discovered during the checks carried out with the help of the metal detector by the security personnel, traced the possession back to the profession. Once on site, the UGPSP agents of the Piceno capital, proceeded with the seizure of knives and the report to the subject for the crime of illegal possession of weapons or objects capable of causing offence.
The Police Chief of Ascoli Piceno has also issued, on the proposal of the local Anti-Crime Division, a warning order pursuant to art. 3 of Legislative Decree no. 93/2013 against a citizen of EU origins who was responsible for violent conduct towards his former partner.
The warning from the Police Commissioner is a measure that is adopted to deal with specific criminal conduct. It has a preventive function in the face of these conducts, which can be warning crimes of future even more serious actions. The provision consists of a formal communication by the Police Chief himself. This communication It serves as a warning: in practice, the recipient is warned, that is, it is made known that the police are aware of the risk of a crime being committed and the subject is therefore ordered to stop any acts of harassment, aimed at disturb the serenity of the offended or persecuted person.
In San Benedetto del Tronto, the operators of the Territorial Control Office identified a foreign citizen, illegally residing in the territory, and made her available to the Immigration Office of the Police Headquarters. After the usual tasks, the same was hit by an expulsion decree issued by the Prefect of Ascoli Piceno and executed with forced escort to the maritime border of Ancona.
Furthermore, following thefootball match between the teams "Sambenedettese - Atletico Ascoli", played last September 1st, the appropriate investigative activities were carried out at the end of which it was possible to identify a fan who had dangerously lit a smoke bomb in the crowded Curva Nord, before throwing it towards the pitch, requiring the intervention of the Fire Brigade.
The subsequent investigations conducted by the police officers of the San Benedetto del Tronto Police Station, thanks to the Camera view of the stadium, led to the certainty of the identity of the perpetrator of the act, a local boy, with no criminal record, who was reported to the Judicial Authority and subjected to DASPO with a ban on participating in sporting events for one year.
The State Police highlights the danger of introducing such pyrotechnic devices in places such as the curve of a stadium, where, given the large influx of people in close contact with each other and the presence of flammable material, exponentially increases the risk of fire.
