Two creative events on December 6 and 27 as part of the Interreg “Destination Barry” project.
Aosta: Free dog-related workshops for children with "Aosta Dog Friendly."
As part of the program of initiatives “Aosta Dog Friendly” of the Interreg Italy-Switzerland project “Destination Barry”, the Municipality of Aosta proposes in the month of December two workshops for dog-loving boys and girls, also animated by games and stories.
Saturday December 6 the event “Between the Pages” will present a creative laboratory to achieve a dog-shaped bookmark starting from recycled materials, and will be preceded by the reading fairy tales with four-legged protagonists and a a brief reflection on the bond between man and dog.
Saturday December 27 it will be the turn of “Dedicated to you”, during which the little participants they will create a little book dedicated to the dog with drawings and texts created by the children themselves. The activity will be introduced by reading of passages by Luis Sepúlveda to reflect together on the relationship between man and dog.
Both events will be held at 15.30 inatrium of the Ducal Hall, with access from the staircase (former main entrance). Participation is free e no reservation is required.
The project “Destination Barry” sees the leader as Municipality of Aosta and as a partner the Barry Foundation of Martigny and the Municipalities of etroubles, Saint-Rhémy-en-Bosses e Saint-Oyen.
The operation is co-financed by the European Union, European Regional Development Fund, from Italian State – Revolving Fund, From Swiss Confederation and come on Cantons, within the framework of the Cooperation Programme Interreg VI-A Italy-Switzerland.
